Female Customer Service (Saudi) [Saudi Arabia]


 

A Saudi female employee is required with a customer service title in Riyadh

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries on all different communication channels (social networks)
-The ability to interact with on-site or standalone online chat programs (such as WhatsApp Business)
-Write periodic reports for the store manager and management summarizing comments and feedback received from customers in a way that benefits the organization
- High typing speed and response to inquiries rapidly
-Communicate and coordinate with colleagues if necessary.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
-Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Generate leads through Cold Call and Cold Visit.
- Searching/Hunting for new corporate clients for prospecting.
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- Meeting regular sales targets by count and revenue.
- Preparing proposals for new business opportunities or contracts with existing clients
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to increase future business opportunities
- Creating client proposals based on product information provided by marketing staff members
- Keeping track of all communications with clients, such as emails, and phone calls
- Reviewing proposals from clients for possible problems or conflicts with company policies
- Identifying potential customers through research and networking activities, then contacting them to set up meetings or presentations
- Managing accounts receivable and payable, including sending billing notices, collecting payments from clients, and submitting payments to vendors for supplies used in projects
- Researching market trends to identify opportunities for new products or services that might appeal to specific clients
- Outreach and booking calls/meetings with other business owners (B2B sales).
- Preparing PowerPoint presentation

What is required? | What You'll Need To Have:

-Saudi nationality.
-Experience of not less than two years
-The applicant must be a resident of the city of Riyadh
-Excellent proficiency in the English language is required.
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- The ability to work UNDER PRESSURE
- Able to work in a team and has excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-High sense of responsibility and passion for work.
-High ability to organize, define and prioritize tasks.
- Flexible and able to multitask multiple responsibilities. Must be able to quickly adapt to a positive mindset.
-Have a positive and outgoing personality, with a professional demeanor (maturity, integrity, self-discipline).
