Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • With at least 3 years end-to-end recruitment expertise for different positions, including volume hiring
  • With at least 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing set-up
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail-oriented, and can handle multiple tasks assigned

Job Description:

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment processes, align with line managers and stakeholders, and strategize on the best recruitment plans
  • Develop a workforce plan and strategy to successfully recruit and retain employees
  • Provide positive candidate experience through feedback and consistent communication
  • Handle and monitor candidates compliance on pre-employment requirements until regularization
  • Plan and spearhead company-wide employee engagement activities
  • Create and lead Employer Branding efforts and partnerships with potential schools and professional organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
