Your Role
- Carry out Inspection, overhaul, and repair of industrial technique tools (electric/battery nut runners, wrenches, controllers, etc.) in the Service Center
- Create Inspection/Overhaul/Repair reports on daily work orders.
- Carry Out Accredited Calibration of the tools and maintain the accredited Lab by conducting regular audits
- Complete your daily work orders in accordance with the targets of time and quality.
- Communicate with your team members, field service members, inside service members, and your managers to effectively gain information about customer requirements.
- Support team leader to carry out investigations and make reports on quality issues.
- Visit customers in some cases to explain the quality issues and the internal progress of inspection/overhaul/repair of the tools.
- Carry out 5S daily to make your work area safe and clean.
To succeed, you will need
- Working Experience in engineering positions such as mechanical/electrical engineer, Production Engineer or Maintenance engineer, etc.
- Working Experience in the automobile industry is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, tolerant and assertive.
