The Senior Creative Designer is responsible for developing files from creative layouts for digital production.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in the latest Adobe CC Suite programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketch, Figma. The CD will be skilled in digital media production to prepare creative files for hand-off to developers and preferably has experience with dynamic emails. Also, designing and executing a wide variety of materials including new business and client presentations, internal communications, templates, RFIs, pitch books, and miscellaneous marketing materials in PowerPoint, Keynote, and occasionally InDesign.
Experience working in an advertising, direct marketing, or digital agency is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communications/Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent relevant work experience is preferred.
- English level B2+ or higher
- 5+ years of experience as a Creative Designer.
- General understanding of integrated direct marketing principles
- Highly skilled and efficient in using Adobe CC Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), PowerPoint, and Keynote. Sketch, Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Invision are a plus.
- Art Direction background is a big plus! (You will need knowledge of conceptualization and key-visual)
- Wide-ranging portfolio with a solid digital emphasis including design and production expertise
- Unwavering attention to detail and quality-focused
- High-level understanding of graphic design, including page layout and typography (equal parts technical skill and design sensibility)
- Ability to assess the latest developments in software applications, printing techniques, and production
- Highly organized with an ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and simultaneously handle multiple projects with total accuracy and attention to detail
- Work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic, and fast-paced environment
- Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.
