Job Briefing:- We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing knowledge of Projects and they must be known about for Location of Primary market .We are selling properties of various top developers in various location such as Delhi NCR (Noida, Delhi & Gurgaon), South region (Bengaluru & Chennai), Maharashtra (Mumbai & Pune), Uttrakhand and Jammu and Kashmir as well. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.

· Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.

· Providing guidance and (Close Deal) buyers in marketing & purchasing property for the right price under best terms

· Core REAL ESTATE SALES only

· 2 – 3 Years consistent experience must have in the same company

Responsibility:

· Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value

· Display and market real property to possible buyers

· Maintain and update listings of available properties

· Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media

· Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

· Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers and generate to sales.

· Demonstrates the Company’s property portfolio and assists customers in selecting the right property to suit their needs.

· Networks, prospects and generates sales leads

· Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers and negotiates terms of agreement

· Expedites the resolution of any customer problems and complaints and provides after sales support

· Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.

· Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs.

· Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems.

· Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Requirements:-

· Minimum 2 to 3 years consistant experience in real estate sales, property developer experience preferred

· Bachelors Degree from a recognized University and/or similar professional qualification

· Knowledge and keen interest in property market dynamics, local conditions, customer preferences and current trends

· Strong inter-personal, organizational and presentation skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
