About the job
As an SAP Process Consultant, you will report directly to the Head of Process in the Center of Excellence department. In this role, you will be a global owner of the innovation processes, focusing on the SAP Financial and Controlling (FI & CO) modules. Your daily tasks will include analyzing, improving, and governing finance processes, especially the Controlling & Material ledger. With your strong expertise in Service & Support Management, you will work on new strategies and technologies. You will be the driving force behind the implementation of international projects, which are vital for the future successes of RHI Magnesita
In addition, your tasks will include
- Leading demand & change management in the Record to Report area
- Evaluating support requests as a 2nd level support member and deciding about changes and projects
- Taking responsibility for the presentation of solutions including new technologies, providing business analysis and functional specifications
- Being a sparring and supporting partner in the region to service our key users
- Giving training and improving the know-how of our users and key users
About You
You are a strong communicator with a collaborative attitude. With your great enthusiasm and creative mindset, you bring new ideas to the table, not only as an individual but also together with your colleagues. You work well in cross-functional teams and are not afraid to take responsibility and make decisions. What we expect from you in terms of
Education
- A degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or similar areas
- Economic and/or technical education
Languages
- English – Proficient/Fluent
Work Experience & Knowledge
- Several years of relevant working experience in SAP (FI & CO modules)
- Experience in Controlling and Material Ledger processes
- Experience and knowledge working with Consolidation, IFRS15/16, Blackline, and S/4HANA

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 70.000,00 (including overtime) on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification, experience, as well as your level of seniority.
